Information pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR)

We inform you that the Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) provides for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. Pursuant to the aforementioned legislation, the treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, in order to guarantee adequate security of your personal data.

Pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016, we provide the following information:

Purposes of data processing

The personal data you provide will be processed for purposes strictly related to the performance of work, which include, in particular:

  • the communications requested through the Contact section of the website www.studioziveri.it;
  • the technical assistance requested through the Contact section of the website www.studioziveri.it or directly to the support operators – Studio Ziveri Srl;
  • the execution of the obligations deriving from contracts relating to the Paghe @ OnLine platform;
  • communications relating to the products offered by Studio Ziveri Srl.

 

This treatment is in any case based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protecting your privacy and your rights.

Methods of data processing

The treatment will be carried out:

with paper and / or digital means, with automated and manual procedures;
with the use of measures aimed at guaranteeing the confidentiality of data and avoiding access to the data by unauthorized third parties;
in compliance with the limits set by Law n. 300/1970 (Workers’ Statute);
in accordance with the safety measures prescribed by the law, both before employment and after termination of the employment relationship.

Communication and dissemination of data

Your data will not be subject to disclosure to third parties or to dissemination.

Rights of the interested party

The interested party is granted the right to access their personal data, to request correction, updating and deletion or limitation, if incomplete, erroneous or collected in violation of the law, as well as to oppose the processing for legitimate reasons or obtain portability.

The interested party, in particular, has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.

The interested party also has the right to obtain the indication:

the purposes and methods of the processing;
of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
the identification details of the Data Controller, the Data Processor and the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as authorized to process.
The interested party has the right to obtain:

updating, rectification or integration of their data;
the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept in relation to the purposes of the processing;
the limitation of processing, when one of the hypotheses referred to in Article 18 GDPR occurs;
the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a), b) and c) have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where this fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
the transmission of data concerning him, provided to the Owner and processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the interested party for one or more specific purposes, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device. Pursuant to art. 20 GDPR, the interested party also has the right to transmit such data to another data controller without impediments and, if technically feasible, to obtain the direct transmission of personal data from one controller to the other.
if the treatment is based on consent, withdraw consent at any time (ex art.7 paragraph 3 GDPR);
The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:

for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
to automated decision-making processes that significantly affect his person;
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial appeal, the Data Subject has the right to lodge a complaint / report / appeal with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State in which he normally resides, works or the place where the alleged violation has occurred.

 

Exercise of rights

The above rights are exercised with a request addressed to the Owner STUDIO ZIVERI SRL.

The request is formulated freely and without formalities by the interested party, who has the right to receive appropriate feedback within a reasonable time, depending on the circumstances of the case.

The interested party may use, for the exercise of his / her rights, non-profit organizations, organizations or associations, whose statutory objectives are of public interest and who are active in the field of protection of the rights and freedoms of the interested parties with regard to to the protection of personal data, conferring, for this purpose, a suitable mandate. The interested party may also be assisted by a trusted person.
